Skischool Terms and Conditions 2007/08

1. Most sporting activities have an element of danger and skiing is no exception. Please ensure that you are adequately covered by a comprehensive winter sports insurance policy
2. Payment in full is required at the time of pre-booking and in the event of cancellation by the client for whatever reason reimbursement will be calculated as follows: Cancellation 28 days or more 90% Cancellation 7 – 28 days 50% Less than 7 days NIL
3. Snowsports are subject to weather conditions, piste and/or lift closure, etc. Cancellations may occur if conditions dictate and the lift company will not refund, therefore clients should ensure adequate insurance cover is in place to guard against such situations
4. Should clients not show for the lessons booked and paid for, through ill health, injury or any other valid reason no refund will be given but we will provide a letter stipulating the appropriate reason for their winter sports insurance provider.
5. Occasionally during the busy periods a class may become over subscribed. This usually is due to students misinterpreting their level when they book and Supreme will do everything conceivable to remedy the situation as swiftly as possible, with the minimum disruption to classes.
6. Any problems experienced should immediately be reported, in the first instance, to the teacher involved and thereafter to the office in resort who will deal with the problem through the appropriate channels ensuring satisfaction is achieved.
7. Private lessons booked in resort must be paid for in advance otherwise the booking will not be confirmed and will be resold.
8. Adult classes require a minimum of 4 skiers to run, if we cannot fulfil that number we will offer you a choice of either converting to private lessons or a full refund.
9. Superclass require a minimum of 3 skiers to run
10. Children’s classes are available outside school holiday periods, however, a minimum of 4 children are required to run a class. We reserve the right to, either, combine children’s groups or offer a refund, if numbers are insufficient.
11. We will not teach beginner children in group lessons who are under the age of 6,
12. We reserve the right to arrange children’s class levels, as we see fit, for the child’s benefit.
13. It is the obligation of the parent/guardian to complete, sign and return the children’s information form with all the relevant data requested. All the information on this form is essential for the safety of any child in the care of our teachers.
