General Information
Our teachers have priority on all lifts in the Trois Vallées thereby minimising waiting times in queues.
Our teachers carry radios/mobile phones for added security.
Please remember to mention when booking, to your instructor, or your child's instructor, any situation, medical or otherwise of which they should be aware - a mountain environment is not the norm for most people.
Lessons are also available in French and German.
Our classes are timed to avoid congestion on the lifts leaving the meeting point, therefore it is important to arrive on time. Should any class member be unavoidably delayed the group will move off in time to miss the queues and a notice will be left on the meeting point sign to indicate where the group will be working.
